Program overview

This 20 hour program focuses on developing the developing and grooming an individual to become business professional.  The first four hours focuses on leadership skills needed to become a well groomed professional, these sessions involves the participant and bring out the latent leadership skills of the participants. The next 4 hour module focuses on developing the confidence in handling formal meetings like interview or review meetings. The next 4 hour give’s the participants a practical guide in making an effective change in their attitude to become a well groomed professional. The last 8 hours focuses on various tools that would assist a business professional in achieving his goal.

Methodology: Classroom participation, case study and individual presentation.
